What a heavenly experience. I got the 90 minute Scalp + Mind Renewal, to help relieve tension from sinus congestion all week. From the gentle, soothing voices of both the receptionist and my therapist, the serene environment and the exquisite treatment, you will be transported and any head, neck or shoulder tension melted away.
This was the absolute best experience. My friend and I just left there and had the most relax, invigorating, gentle yet firm hair wash and blow dry. Never experienced a hair wash like that in my life. Will absolutely be back! If you're considering it, 10/10 would recommend.
I went for the first time today. I received a spectacular scalp massage and cleaning. In addition, I was given a neck massage before the styling. The service was excellent. I left feeling much better….no more itchy scalp! I will book another appt.
Almost fell asleep. I had so much stress going in and came out light and relaxed. Amazing pressure application and very professional. Hair is also super soft and hydrated. Definitely be going again. They provided a scalp massage, neck, shoulders, etc.

Seriously the best money spent. I kept seeing advertisements about head spas and I've always lived near this place so I decided to gift my mother a few sessions. She loved it so much she decided to gift me a session! I have never been more relaxed in my life and my hair has never been so soft!
I booked the Scalp + Mind Renewal service and it was amazing. I first visited Marma Head Spa back in August 2024 and knew I had to come back on my next trip to Vegas and it did not disappoint.
