We want you to be comfortable during your service. Keep your hair unwashed, wear loose clothing, and minimal make up is encouraged. We'll take care of everything else.

While we happily service clients with extensions, Marma Head Spa is not responsible for extensions that come loose or are damaged during the service or blowdry. We recognize that extensions are expensive and delicate and will be as careful as possible in handling them, however we simply cannot assume responsibility if they come out or are damaged as a result of a Marma Head Spa service.

We strongly recommend that clients with hair extensions schedule our Head Spa services when their extensions are out or in between maintenance appointments to provide a better experience and prevent potential issues from occuring.

At Marma Head Spa, our treatments are all about creating deep relaxation with personalized care. Your dedicated therapist will be there with you every step, making sure you're comfortable, tuning into your body's cues, and adding soothing massages to enhance your experience.

We can utilize microscopic scalp analysis to determine which treatment may work best for you. The before-and-after shots will blow you away.

Steam revitalizes your scalp, allowing the pores to soften and properly absorb nourishing products.

We recommended getting a treatment at least 1-2x a month but you can get them weekly which is what we love!

Each session concludes with a gentle towel dry and use of our hands-free, self-blow drying station or you can choose to add-on a blow drying service with your head spa treatment.

Our therapists at Marma Head Spa looks forward to serving you. We only book services by appointments and adhere to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all service appointments. This policy allows us to accommodate the high demand for appointments and respects the schedule commitment from our team members.

A credit card is required in order to book an appointment with us and no refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings with less than 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling, service downgrades, and no-shows will be charged the full-service fee of your original scheduled appointment. Please note that cancellations can only be made by texting us directly at 725-255-2130. We do not accept cancellations by email or direct messaging through social media.

This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online. If for any reason you miss an appointment, are late, or downgrade your service same-day, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment. If you are late for your appointment, this will reduce the service time we had scheduled for you. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment.
