A Head Spa harmonizes beauty, healing, and health into a unified experience that leaves you feeling deeply rested. Through scalp purification and releasing tension in the fascia tissues throughout the head, our treatments enhance mental clarity and nurture the connection between mind and body.

We are about 20 mins from the Las Vegas strip but recommend giving yourself an extra 5-10 mins if you are taking an Uber or Lyft.

We want your experience to be as relaxing as possible. Simply come with your hair untangled, clean or unwashed, and wear loose, cozy clothing.


Absolutely! We welcome everyone in to enjoy our head spa services—even those without hair—because of the treatment’s therapeutic benefits.

Please note:

  • Guests between the ages of 10 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Please see Spa Policies for anyone with extensions, dreads, locs, braids.

Our head spa services are provided in our treatment lounge, where privacy curtains create a comfortable and semi-private environment. We do not offer individual treatment rooms.

Our head spa sessions conclude with a gentle towel dry. Traditionally, it’s recommended to let your hair and scalp air-dry naturally after treatment to avoid overstimulating the freshly exfoliated and nourished scalp.

However, we do offer blow-dry, blow-out, and hot tool styling as optional add-on services for those who prefer a styled finish.

At Marma Head Spa, we’re happy to welcome clients with hair extensions. However, please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for extensions that may loosen or become damaged during or after your treatment. Due to the delicate nature of extensions, certain parts of our Head Spa service may need to be modified or omitted.

We understand that extensions are an investment, and we will always handle them with the utmost care. However, Marma Head Spa cannot be held liable for any damage or slippage that may occur as a result of our services.

To ensure the best experience and minimize the risk of any issues, we strongly recommend scheduling your Head Spa treatments when your extensions are removed or between maintenance appointments.

Please Note:

  • Tape-In Extensions are not suitable for head spa services.
  • If we determine that your extensions are not compatible with the service, we may need to respectfully decline the treatment in order to protect the integrity of your hair.

For Clients with Braids, Locs, Twists, or Synthetic Hair:

At this time, we are unable to perform Head Spa or scalp-focused services on clients with protective styles such as braids, dreadlocks, cornrows, twists, box braids, matte hair, or synthetic hair. These styles limit access to the scalp and hair in a way that prevents us from delivering the full benefits of our treatments.

Many clients visit us solely for the deep relaxation provided by our stress-relieving scalp and neck massages.

At Marma Head Spa, our treatments are all about creating deep relaxation with personalized care. Your dedicated therapist will be there with you every step, making sure you're comfortable, tuning into your body's cues, and adding soothing massages to enhance your experience.

We can utilize microscopic scalp analysis to determine which treatment may work best for you. The before-and-after shots will blow you away.

You deserve only the best, so we prioritize products that are natural and support your well-being while enhancing your natural beauty.

Steam revitalizes your scalp, allowing the pores to soften and properly absorb nourishing products.

We recommended getting a treatment at least once a month but you can get them weekly which is what we love!

Our therapists at Marma Head Spa looks forward to serving you. We only book services by appointments and adhere to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all service appointments. This policy allows us to accommodate the high demand for appointments and respects the schedule commitment from our team members.

A credit card is required in order to book an appointment with us and no refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings with less than 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling, service downgrades, and no-shows will be charged the full-service fee of your original scheduled appointment. Please note that cancellations can only be made by texting us directly at 725-255-2130. We do not accept cancellations by email or direct messaging through social media.

This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online. If for any reason you miss an appointment, are late, or downgrade your service same-day, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment. If you are late for your appointment, this will reduce the service time we had scheduled for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment.
