We are about 20 mins from the Las Vegas strip but recommend giving yourself an extra 10 mins if you are taking an Uber or Lyft.

We want your experience to be as relaxing as possible. Simply arrive with your hair untangled, whether clean or unwashed, and wear loose, cozy clothing that you don't mind getting a little wet, as we do massage and apply treatments around the scalp, neck, and shoulder areas during your service. This allows us to comfortably work these areas and provide the most relaxing experience possible.


Our head spa sessions conclude with a gentle towel dry. Traditionally, it’s recommended to let your hair and scalp air-dry naturally after treatment to avoid overstimulating the freshly exfoliated and nourished scalp.

We do offer blow-dry and hot tool styling as optional add-on service for those who prefer a finish style.

Head spa services are provided in our treatment lounge, where privacy curtains create a comfortable and semi-private environment. We do not offer individual treatment rooms.

We are unable to perform a Head Spa service on anyone with these types of hair due to limited access to the scalp that prevents us from delivering the full benefits of our treatments and the associated risk of tangling, matting, loosening or damaging during service.

We want to ensure the best experience and minimize the risk of any issues and recommend booking your Head Spa session when your extensions are completely removed or between maintenance appointments.

Exception: Guests with no more than 3 rows of weft extensions (must be non-synthetic) may be suitable and are able to book head spa sessions with us. Please be aware that we do not take responsibility for extensions that may loosen or become damaged during or after your treatment. If we determine that your extensions are not compatible with the service, we may need to respectfully decline the treatment in order to protect the integrity of your hair.

Canceling or rescheduling within 4 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you are 15 mins+ late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you and the same fee will apply.

A credit card is required in order to secure an appointment with us.

Absolutely! We welcome everyone in to enjoy our head spa services—even those without hair—because of the treatment’s therapeutic benefits.

Please note:

  • Guests between the ages of 9 and 17 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also receiving a service.
  • Pregnant guests can receive head spa treatments

At Marma Head Spa, your health and safety are our top priorities. If you are currently experiencing a flare-up of psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, eczema, or any other scalp condition that results in open wounds or visible signs of fresh or dried blood, we kindly ask that you wait until your flare-up has fully subsided before scheduling or receiving a head spa service.

Please note: If our team identifies any open wounds, sores, or blood on the scalp using our trichoscope during your consultation, we will not be able to proceed with your treatment that day. This is to ensure your safety, prevent infection, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care for all clients.
