APPOINTMENTS/CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING/NO-SHOW

We book by appointment only and require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will forfeit this deposit. Cancellations must be made through the appointment link or by texting 725-255-2130; we do not accept cancellations via email or social media. Arriving more than 15 minutes late or downgrading your service on the day of your appointment will result in a charge for the full original service fee and a reduction in your service time.

Please note: We do not provide head spa services to clients under 10 years of age. Any minors receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult.

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Any information provided by Marma Head Spa about scalp or hair care is purely educational and not a medical diagnosis. The staff at Marma Head Spa are not licensed medical practitioners, and their advice is not intended for medical treatment or disease prevention. Please inform your head spa therapist of any allergies, medical conditions, or relevant details before receiving services and kindly communicate any concerns or discomfort during the service.

 

Important Information for Clients with Hair Extensions or Protective Styles

At Marma Head Spa, we’re happy to welcome clients with hair extensions. However, please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for extensions that may loosen or become damaged during or after your treatment. Due to the delicate nature of extensions, certain parts of our Head Spa service may need to be modified or omitted.

We understand that extensions are an investment, and we will always handle them with the utmost care. However, Marma Head Spa cannot be held liable for any damage or slippage that may occur as a result of our services.

To ensure the best experience and minimize the risk of any issues, we strongly recommend scheduling your Head Spa treatments when your extensions are removed or between maintenance appointments.

Please Note:

  • Tape-in extensions are not suitable for our Head Spa services may be affected during treatment.

  • If we determine that your extensions are not compatible with the service, we may need to respectfully decline the treatment in order to protect the integrity of your hair.

For Clients with Braids, Locs, Twists, or Synthetic Hair:

At this time, we are unable to perform Head Spa or scalp-focused services on clients with protective styles such as braids, dreadlocks, cornrows, twists, box braids, matte hair, or synthetic hair. These styles limit access to the scalp and hair in a way that prevents us from delivering the full benefits of our treatments.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE 

Marma Head Spa may take photos and videos during your service. By receiving a head spa service at any of our locations, you hereby grant permission for Marma Head Spa to use these images for lawful purposes, including social media, website content, marketing, and advertising. Your name will not be associated with these media, and you will not receive compensation. You also release Marma Head Spa, its agents, and employees from any claims related to these materials.
